Pottery Club: 4-week Intro to Handbuilding // Monday Evenings // August 11th - Sept 8th

Welcome to the slow-and-steady side of ceramics with Jonah Strub! Held from August 11th - Sept 8th, 6:30 - 9:30 p.m.

Course cost: $290 including all clay, glazes, firings, and pottery supplies.

Over four weeks, you’ll learn foundational handbuilding techniques like pinching, coiling, and  slab construction. We’ll walk you through the process of building functional or sculptural forms  and explore how to add texture, shape, and personality to your pieces. This class will provide you with skills you will use wherever your ceramic practice takes you.

This is a relaxed, beginner-friendly class that’s perfect for anyone curious about clay. Whether  you're here to make your new favourite mug or just want a creative outlet that doesn’t involve a  screen, we’ve got space for you.

Expect to get messy, experiment a little, and leave with a few handmade pieces that feel totally  your own.

All finished work will be ready for pickup in 3–4 weeks. You’ll be invited to our monthly Pickup Party, where you can photograph your pieces in our space — and let us hype you up.
